List order does not indicate preference although Armsby is #1. I think most places are reasonably priced but $$$ ain't no thang when it comes to good food/drinks/times.
New American Restaurant · Central Business District · 120 tips and reviews
Jennifer LeMay: Everything is amazing. All food is made from scratch, beer selection is the best in the area and if you know beer prices are worth it and cocktails and desserts are amazing. This place is unique. GO!
Jennifer LeMay: Poutine is amazing! "Add bacon to it because its the right thing to do" -direct quote from the menu. Instantaneous love. Cocktails are great. Bartender (Lisa?) was amazing -delicious Bloody Marys.
Jennifer LeMay: French fries and duck gravy!! A create-your-own type of place- you pick the meat, the sauce, and 2 sides. You can't go wrong with any choice. Desserts are perfectly portioned. Service is always great.
Jennifer LeMay: Something incongruous about the atmosphere but great sangria! Delicious, unique and nice presentation. Left satisfied but not overstuffed. Desserts PHENOMENAL! Beware- may seem pricey!
Jennifer LeMay: Hot and dirty martini. mmm. Steaks are amazing. Specifically the bleu cheese bacony mashed potato steak meal. (won't read like that on the menu haha) delicious!
Jennifer LeMay: A bar that allows dogs and carries Cantillon (at least it did when I visited a couple years ago). Significantly less up its own ass than Dirty Truth which is always a plus!
Jennifer LeMay: Bistro 63 - oysters were awesome. everything was amazing from service to drinks to food. We spent a bunch but a good night out is always worth it.

Breakfast Spot · 5 tips and reviews
Jennifer LeMay: A normally priced breakfast place that is amazing. Cute atmosphere that has minimally changed in the past 20 years Try the crunchy french toast! Or anything else. Been 1000 times-only 1 bad experience
Jennifer LeMay: Beer- Slippery Slope - winter release. I go just for that. Food is hit or miss IMO but they support local farms, being green and make it from scratch. Great atmosphere and attitude, esp. for winter.
Jennifer LeMay: Holy crap! would be sufficient but I talk too much. Fried brussel sprouts- again holy crap. Amazing amazing meals, service and drinks. Fancy but not pretentious. Great for this area. please go.

Jennifer LeMay: <3 Hole in the wall chill jazzy kind of place. Inexpensive, spicy, flavorful. BYOB so get your buzz on w/o going broke. Crawfish quesadillas and thunder thighs! I really love this place 4ever!
Jennifer LeMay: Horrifically long wait/sometimes poo service, BUT FOOD IS COMPLETELY WORTH IT. More flavorful than any Indian food ever. Once you taste the food, you understand the wait. And again, worth it.

Jennifer LeMay: Name covers it. Great BBQ and super chill. Get the burnt ends and fried pickles. Don't forget the beer. Also, atmosphere is great. Building is old and full of history and apparently haunted. Neat!
Jennifer LeMay: Crappy, strange location in strip mall but a classy place. Heard rumors its gone, but if not go for the lamb chops. perfectly cooked in a mustard-type sauce. Left me speechless -this is rare. haha
Jennifer LeMay: Relax next to a beautiful flowing river, w/ a book, sandwich & beer. Peanut noodles, brown rice salad, brie and apple panino..etc. Supports local farms, located in an old mill next to bookstore. Awww
Jennifer LeMay: Store/sandwich/breakfast shop. Order at the counter from the billions of cool sandwich options that you will undoubtedly enjoy. This place is cute, like a general store plus awesome foods. <3
Jennifer LeMay: It is a farm market. It's cute, an awesome with lots of specialty items. However, its all about the cider donuts. You must get some, hopefully hot and fresh because damnnn
Jennifer LeMay: Great prices, great food. Cool, hole-in-the-wall atmosphere. Strawberry avocado smoothie and falafel sand. always my choice. A reliable source also told me they have the BEST breakfast EVER. Must try
Jennifer LeMay: AMAZING DELI/CO-OP! Some prices are ABSURD but I <3 this place. Kombucha on tap. Local honey, syrup, olive oil, DrBronner, teas, herbs in bulk. beware- you may stay for hours. $150 once for membership
Jennifer LeMay: LOVE their bagel sandwich East Meets Woodstar. great coffee and baked goods. Don't visit often, the smug agitates my asthma. But its noho, where hippies and lesbians store their farts in mason jars.
