If you're not a member you should be. I like this place. Be heart smart workout and eat right and after losing 20 pounds I fell great and so will you.

If you are a pool member, you get 3 free visitor passes. One visitor pass can be used for a whole family.

Swim laps? Come between 5-8 AM or 11-4 or 8-9 There are classes and lessons during the other times

Fitness classes are terrific here. I recommend Group Power, Fit 60, Yoga, and Cycle.
