The Charles was dry but when you eat it with the sauce it tastes superb. The Étoufée was the right amount of spice.

Kim S is the best bartender around. Ask her to make you anything, it will be great!

It's all about service, and the service here is SLOW. The food is good, but you're gonna have to wait a while.
