As the city's oldest and most exclusive bathhouse, the 19th-century Sanduny Banya has rejuvenated everyone from dramatist Anton Chehkov to billionaire tycoon Roman Abramovich in it's time.
Tourists come to the cathedral for its impressive architecture and design, as well as for it's equally impressive (and strange) history. There's a nice pedestrian bridge at the back of the building.
