@JaumePrimero: their ability to solicit and emotional response from the food they serve is unrivaled anywhere in the world. They experiment with aromas and constantly surprise you!

@JaumePrimero: No one in the world can duplicate the culinary magic Alex Atala achieves in the kitchen. His unique spin on food, coupled with his reliance on rare ingredients from the Amazon make D.O.M. unique.

@JaumePrimero: For those of you that cannot make the pilgrimage to French Laundry in Yountville, this culinary destination is worth the trip. Go big and order the 10 course with the wine pairing!

Molecular Gastronomy Restaurant · 73 tips and reviews
@JaumePrimero: It is often difficult for a chef to perfect the presentation of a dish, and combine it with flavors to match. The father and daughter team in the kitchen achieves that and much more!
Mandarin Oriental, 66 Knightsbridge, London, Greater London
Molecular Gastronomy Restaurant · Knightsbridge and Belgravia · 196 tips and reviews
@JaumePrimero: If you are in London, a vist to this restaurant is a must. Chef Blumenthal has done his homework with respect to British cuisine. Some of the dishes on the menu date back to the 14th century!
@JaumePrimero: What I love about this uber bistro is that the chef executes the highest level of cuisine in a very unpretentious environment. Sit back, relax, and enjoy one of the finest menus in Paris.
French Restaurant · Invalides · 89 tips and reviews
@JaumePrimero: I would argue that L'Arpege is the finest restaurant in the world for vegetarians and vegans. The chef executes with precision and passion.
@JaumePrimero: What I respect so much about Gagnaire is that he has withstood the test of time, and has managed to consistenly remain one of Paris' finest restaurants.
@JaumePrimero: Tip: don't come here expecting to review a menu. This former chef of L'Arpege simply asks you what you like, what you don't like, and then dazzles you.
French Restaurant · Theater District · 310 tips and reviews
@JaumePrimero: One of the best meals I have ever had. The fish is divine here, probably the best seafood in New York City. And the pastry chef is a magician!
60 E 65th St (btwn Park & Madison Ave), New York, NY
French Restaurant · Upper East Side · 191 tips and reviews
@JaumePrimero: Few restaurants can fill the dining room during an economic downturn. Daniel has firmly positioned itself as a gastronomic institution worldwide. The white Alba truffle tasting took my breath away.
