Janus Døssing: Roast er et ganske lille risteri, men har et temmelig generøst udvalg af bønner fra egen import.

Janus Døssing: Sadly the don't do pour overs, though they do sell roasted beans and brewing gear for it. Opt for one of the few outdoor seatings if available.
