Nearby Blue Bottle is perfectly fine. Lovely coffee. But us old-school kids go to Peerless.
Try renting a kayak from California canoe and kayak there and enjoy a day on water.

EverydayFebruary 28, 2013Spans about 6 blocks that overlooks Oakland Inner Harbor. Lots of places to eat, but not much else. Worth a visit.
I'm so happy to see more places opening, more people coming to JLS.
Take a stroll along the waterfront. Plenty of seats to sit and enjoy the view!
