Toby's has a beautiful seating area, but you'll never get to sit there. The people already there are actors, paid to show up before opening and stay until after closing. That's the only explanation.

Everything is awesome here. The lentil and pea soups are tasty and vegetarian. The hangover helper juice is good. Best corn muffin I've ever had in NYC.

Nice atmosphere, but the food is over-priced and sub-par. Cocktails were mediocre. The only redeeming qualities were the outdoor area and setup. Forget about the service.
