Best Modern art museum of Istanbul... it will be in its temp building for three years. Always check the temp exhibitions.

Good collection of artwork. They also have a cafe/restaurant near the sea. Rest if you must, the breeze is fantastic. Customer service is a 2/5, not very friendly.

One of my favourite modern art museums in town. Recently moved to their temporary center, located in a mesmerising historical Beyoglu apartment in Pera area of Istanbul.

The Museum has become a multipurpose cultural center and during summer many events and concerts take place at the fabulous garden of Istanbul Modern & you’re stunned by the incredible Bosphorus view!

Daring and exciting exhibits all around. Incredible Turkish modern masters. Makes you think, unlike a very boring, large museum called Tate elsewhere.

Great way to get acquainted with Turkish contemporary art. Very good cafe with amazing views of the Bosphorus. Food exceptional as well. A definite must in Istanbul.

Don't think twice and come here. Amazing museum with interesting modern exhibitions. I was impressed by Turkish artists and their art. Restaurant with a view is very cozy and they have Good local wine

Great works of young and talanted! Love everything in here! Interesting objects and installations, nice video of how some objects were made, there is a cosmic room with the model of planet. 😊🆒💫💡😍

Nice museum space, check out the lower for the modern pop-up exhibits, and definitely enjoy a stop at the restaurant.. Good food and views of the Bosphorus.

Excellent building very good exhibitions, although it is a temporary building but i really hope they stay here prominently. Great great location and a gorgeous biulding.. Well done to Oya Eczacibasi

I'd call it quite unfair having come to Istanbul and not checked it out, a very lovely collection of art can keep you entertained for hours.

I love visiting here. Sip a glass of wine in the museum restaurant watching historical peninsula. Food is delicious too, tried mozzarella carpaccio 😋

A permanent exhibition takes you through a history of modern Turkish art. Increasing number of international shows. Also features a restaurant and incredible view of the old city across the bosphorus

three awesome exhibitions going on right now, numerous video installations, restaurant with fantastic view to Golden Horn and Bosphorous. be sure to give it at least half a day! totally recommended!

Artworks was so art and building was inspirational. Art was art and inspiration was inspiration. Lot's of realistic things that i saw. I decided to like my parents at this fairy museum.

Very calm and has great view. Best examples of modern Turkish paintings are here. Don't forget about the free visit day- every Thursday!

Great location by the Bosphorus sea. Temporary exhibitions are usually worthwhile. Prepare for a security check upon entry.

Great exhibitions. The museum store is also rich. The restaurant at the top has great scenery but is quite expensive.

Great but no need to pay for headsets. They don't work properly, you can access the same info free with QR codes and very few items are numbered. Ours kept shutting down due to battery troubles
