So worth the wait! Akamaru modern and Hirata buns. If you find space in your tummy... Get shishito peppers. And end with annin tofu.
Their pork buns & the Akamaru Modern ramen are best two things you will ever eat. Ever. But only order what you can eat as you can't bring home leftovers.

Ordered what the people recommend. Pork buns and Akamaru modern Ramen with the soft boiled egg. It was excellent. 1.5 hour wait on a Wednesday evening.
The best ramen I've ever had in NYC. Great atmosphere for a group; sit at the bar if you can. Definitely get the pork/chicken buns too.
You want the Akamaru Modern. I'll sit back and wait for you and your stomach to thank me for my advice.

Probably some of the most delicious Pork Buns. Also, the cucumber appetizer is a must. My go-to place for ramen.

The Karaka Spicy New York is in the top ten vegetarian dishes I've ever had. It's a sesame based broth. I'm a meat eater.
