- Eamon FJanuary 1, 2014One of my favourite hotels anywhere - fast & efficient check in after a day travelling or at the office. I like the layout of the desks in each room. The architecture of hotel is also very unique.
- SJGSeptember 25, 2014Very nice hotel with great architecture. Rooms are spacious and cosy, staff very attentive and last but not least, the hotel has a real and competent concierge which tends to be rare these days
- Join IHG Rewards if your not a member and pick up additional perks like free Wifi. Stay at Intercontinental hotels even more then consider joining the Ambassador Club.
- Wayne RobinsonOctober 8, 2014It wasn't my first choice, but it was a busy weekend. Was very pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the hotel and our stay. Would definitely return… maybe even for our next trip.
- Breakfast in the Restaurant is Yum, if you want fried eggs or poached or a omelette the chef will be more then happy to help you.
- Open House MelbourneJuly 15, 2013Behind the neo-gothic style of the @InterConMelb building, there is a world of history – join us for a tour during @OpenHouseMelb #LoveOHM
- A truly great hotel. It is the little things that make the difference - I needed an oh one charger and concierge delivered it within 5 minutes ( at 8 pm at night )
- Great architecture and friendly staff. The wine bar and ambassador floors are not bad either
- Open House MelbourneJuly 10, 2012Come and check out one of the finest examples of the commercial gothic style by the prominent architect, William Pitt, during Open House 10am to 4pm - Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 July 2012 #OHM2012
- Daniel MulhernFebruary 2, 2013Excellent hotel! Great rooms, food, location and the staff are really attentive and friendly
- Theo WestJuly 8, 2014I don't know what scent they're pumping into the foyer here, but it's incredible. I want it at home!
- $50 valet parking may tempt you to park the car yourself. Too easy, there's a car park on the back of the building. Watch out though. It closes after 8pm and weekends.
- Tina JayJanuary 2, 2013Room upgrades are worth the $, nothing like a nice balcony outside a large room, to admire the atrium.
- Open House MelbourneJuly 20, 2011One of the finest 'boom style' buildings in Melbourne, the Rialto and Winfield buildings. Open as part of Melbourne Open House 2011, 30th - 31st July, 10am to 4pm.
- David LewisMay 22, 2013Lunch time Melbourne. Short walk from Queen St bus stop (Gardenvale) via Toorak
- Bonnie KnoopSeptember 5, 2011Best porters around !!!!! And the buffet breakfast is amazing. Rooms are so nice
- Susan ShalabiFebruary 16, 2015Petty they have no smoking rooms. For some reason, I felt this place had been a prison in the past, not a textile and commerce building
- Glen CatheyMay 26, 2012Bring your hotspot if you need wireless Internet access on multiple devices, or be prepared to pay $30/day.
- Sean LiddleJuly 19, 2011Nice room, friendly concierges, good lounge bar downstairs with friendly staff
- Try the new Business Lunch - great value served in 45 mins!
- Busy at Alluvial this morning. Loving my fresh green juice
- You have got to book the Club Rooms here and access the lounge facilities.
- Edward PanciuloDecember 25, 2010The rooms are nice and the hotel was a factory before so it has a great style.
- Elise OldingMay 8, 2013My room reminds me of a prison cell. Faces the lobby - maybe they aren't all like this.
- The TV's audio feeds into speakers in the bathroom...just the usual.
- Wifi is expensive so if you have an airport and Boingo roaming you can save a lot of money if you more than one device.
- I just Love to come to work here - what a great team!
- Upgrade yourself to the ambassador program..... SO worth the money if you travel a lot.
- Simon BakerMay 19, 2010The lower ground floor meeting rooms are not really on the lower ground floor - I a floor between the cafe and the ground floor
- Paid $100 for 5 days wifi but have little to no signal in my room. Not impressed.
