Nice, clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive. WiFi is expensive and ice machines are only on every other floor. Overall this was a great room for the price paid.

Dan Dan the bartending man is amazing! Everytime I'm in Chicago I stop by for a drink. Always a good time! Never want to stay anywhere else.

Good location and price, which explains the lack of basic amenities in the rooms. No kettle, mini bar, and basic toiletries. They charge $10 per parcel to receive deliveries 👎
Good service, decent rooms, and a great location. And there's a patio on the 22nd floor (the top). What's not to like?
