Our Famous Red Velvet Cake
This Classic Diner Cake is a deliciously light & moist “red” Sponge Cake, w/ layers of Cream Cheese frosting & finished w/ Red Sprinkles & a Red Ribbon.
Banoffee “Pie” Cake
Our very own version of the English Banoffee Pie. On a Cookie Crumb base we take layers of Chiffon Cake & fill them w/ Dulce De Leche Caramel, fresh Whipped Cream & mounds of sliced Banana. A delicious flavour combination!
Mocha Mania
Coffee Cake & Chocolate cake are alternately layered w/ Mocha Whipped Cream & centered w/ a layer of Dark Chocolate Fudge. Chocolate Shavings & Coffee Beans garnish this creation.
Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse
Smooth Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse sits between layers of Chocolate Cake & is covered w/ Hazelnut Chocolate Ganache & Toasted Hazelnuts.
