Ieva AndersoneJune 16, 2019A hotel, which was imperial and very good perhaps 50 years ago. The room was outdated, tiny and noisy. The breakfast selection ok, but nothing special. However, the staff was very helpful.

DanNovember 15, 2014Got into my room to find carpet was pulled up, a screw and loose fitting on the table and my phone didn't work. Was bumped up to the exec suite but this was just a larger room with sofa. Not impressed

PatrickDecember 4, 2011Avoid it. I've travelled a lot an have seen a lot, but I can not understand how in something like that can survive. The bed should be called hammock.
Not bad, not good but the rooms are ok, the breakfast is ok, the staff are ok and the price is more honest than the Hotel Russell...
leighton williamsSeptember 28, 2011Avoid this place! Tatty 1970 style rooms. Poor quality decor and bathroom/shower facilities.Can tell the place hasn't been renovated in years due to the stale smoke smell lingering around the place.
