- Dana LillardNovember 3, 2015Great workout! Only an hour and you get a full body killer work out. Both Kickboxing and HIIT workouts are worth it! The trainers are really motivating and keep you wanting to come back!

- Come in for a few free trial classes, and get hooked! Sign up your first day n get free gloves!
- Watch out for January! All the resolution people take over. It chills back out by the end of February.
