I had an amazing time at first kickboxing class back in September 2017 at the 116th Harlem location. All the instructors are super chill and friendly. Lost inches off my waist in a few weeks.

I was scouting gyms. My friend had checked in here a few told me she felt great after. So I bought 3 classes and a free pair of gloves. As soon as you walk in the energy in this place was electric.

First 3 classes only $20 and instructors are amazing! But membership requires a 6-12 month commitment, they don't offer pay per class or monthly if they did I would come constantly!
