The akami lean tuna nigiri was impressively good. Usually it's easy to make fatty tuna good but how good lean cuts of fish tastes tell us the skill of the chef.
ijji has become my favorite sushi restaurant in SF after kusakabe. the omakase is delicious, the staff is warm and attentive - and I will be back many times over!
