- If you decide to run on the bike lane, keep your eyes open and the cyclists won't really mind. Water fountains almost every mile - amazing!

Great way to get up and down the west side of Manhattan. Please be observant of bikers.- Time your run for just before sunset and you'll actually want to run everyday

Fresh air, nice views, but you gotta dodge the little kids and dogs.
Bike up to the George Washington Bridge and back; it's a great ride.
