you'll think you want the fried egg sandwich. don't do it. you'll only wish you'd gotten the green eggs and ham. also, maple bacon biscuit, prosciutto gruyere croissant, and whole wheat scone.
Babette CantonJune 8, 2013Peach custard tarts are amazing. Made with a real, not canned peach half. The pastry is croissant dough that is crispy and the bottom layer breaks off leaving you a butter saturated sheet. So good
The line for their pastries & brunch is often out the door. I would wait in a line twice as long. Favorite bakery in all of LA.

Justin DeanJanuary 3, 2015Skip the line for the best thing here: the pastries. Get whatever the cornmeal cake is that day, to go. Food is fine, but an egg on some frisée is never worth a wait or these prices.
Everything is fabulous. Order as much food as you think you could possibly eat, and then pastries for breakfast the next day. Zoe Nathan, I love you!

Go early to get the best selection of bread. It sells out quickly.
