Food & Wine: Leonard Rego started baking malasadas (Portuguese pastries similar to doughnuts) at his bakery in the 1950s. His son continues the tradition, serving the rolled-sugar pastries hot from the oven.

H. Colbert (@hrsch): Great coffee shop away from the crowds of Kalakaua Ave. The nitro cold brew is the best iced coffee I've had in Waikiki and it's nice to enjoy it outside.
