Amazing staff! Located right in front of China Town and there's a Starbucks across the street. FREE cookies in the lobby.

Quirky, fun atmosphere; great location - walk many places, run through China Town and down along the Bay to watch the sun rise over the bridge.

Great customer service! Free wi-fi if you are a Kimpton In-Touch member. Free wine happy hour in the lobby for guests daily from 5-6p. The fortune teller in the lobby is a waste though!

Location is great, staff was friendly, decor quirky...but the window AC units and dreadful pillows were a recipe for an uncomfortable sleepless night.

If you frequent Kimpton properties, this one will be a total disappointment. Old, tattered, and a window air conditioner unit. The Jerry Garcia suite is a joke. But he did sign the wall.

Sucks when garbage get picked up at 3:30-4am. It's very loud! Woke me up... Thought it was an earthquake at first. Stayed in room 420. All they said was we can give you ear plugs 😐
