Charlee BangsFebruary 26, 2013Booked in this hotel with a groupon deal which included 1 night stay, 3 course dinner, breakfast and late check out. Reseption staff = bit rude. Dinner = amazing, Location= perfect .can be a lil noisy

pluckerJune 25, 2011Wonderful service! I walked in from the street to ask if they would print off a boarding pass for me. No questions asked. Nearby SmartHostel, President hotel and Celtic Hotel would not do it for me.
Location=fantastic! Service=baaad! It's not that they ignore u, they just make a 2step process 8steps & always give wrong info to any quest- Location=fantastic! Rooms=gorgeous (provided you are on 7th floor). Service=baaad!

tom mOctober 27, 2012Genuinely hilariously poor bar service, almost worth a visit to see it, if it was an intentional floor show it would win comedy awards. It isn't, it's just a shit expensive way of buying a drink.

The free wifi is a little cumbersome, as you have to input the same data every 30 minutes

Great location! Double Superior room without a fridge! Awful and really not fresh food in restaurant - for your own safety don't eat there. Doesn't deserve 4 stars, you pay only for location- Heba AyoubySeptember 4, 2014Concierge was rude spent 15 minutes talking to a British couple & flicked me off when I asked about the pharmacy. When I asked for a map he just pointed it out. Not helpful at all
Dominic BullDecember 8, 2010Beware of the painfully slow wifi. It's available free for 30 mins only before they cut you off (unless you pay extra) and it too nearly that long to download an app update!

Do not stay here, they seem to be determined to get rid of regular customers. Especially the front desk who have either never been trained

La habitación pequeña pero no eche de menos que fuera mayor. Algo de frío talvez en la habitación. Situación inmejorable.
