Have always been comfortable here, rooms are adequate size and furnishings nice and clean. Free WiFi for guests is slow and flaky but it's about the same as in Marriotts in the US. Staff are terrific.

Excellant location as it's walking distance to Printemps & G. lafayatte. NO kettle, slipper, complimentary water, robe....5stars??? Paid 1K per day, not worth it.
IAHGVA SGRApril 12, 2014Stay somewhere else until renovation completed, as rooms are shockingly small and under maintained. Very subpar vs other similarly priced hotels. Definitely not Hilton standard. Gorgeous lobby though!
Ask for a refurbished room otherwise you will have a nasty surprised.- A confortable 4 * with a great location... but not cheap
ValerieMarch 6, 2014L'hôtel vient de passer dans le groupe Hilton et va subir un lifting dont il a grand besoin. Même si le hall semble agréable certaines chambres sont très délabrées.

Для четырех звезд грязноватенько. Но холл, конечно, восхищает. Да и завтраки на уровне :)
