    Love everything about this place. I would stay here again and again. Such wonderful personalized service. The concierge lounge is amazing and everyone is so very nice.

    This is a great hotel! Lisanne and Charles in the morning are awesome! If its not too much trouble... Pay for the upgraded room! It's fancy!

    Não havia água quente na banheira, a água do chuveiro não tem força nenhuma, e a ducha do chuveiro não estava funcionando, a água da pia só saía quente. A mulher do café da manhã nos tratou super mal!
