Eat the raisin bread when they bring it to your table. You can't go wrong with the Mac & Cheese. The burger was flavorful and plentiful. Topped off with a side of homemade ketchup.
A great place to have brunch over the weekend. If possible, sit at the patio in the back. Even though I don't like the taste of vegetables, their kale salad was divine. Pumpkin soup is stellar too.
The fall menu was wonderful. I had the crispy skin chicken and it was, without exaggeration, the best chicken I have ever had in my entire life. Do recommend.
Just as the name implies Home, warm food great service and a great selection of wines, sit in the Garden on a warm afternoon and sip on a glass of Sauvignon Blanc....Enjoy
Homey just like the name implies with impeccable food and extensive wine list. Sit in the garden when it’s warm and dive into the Hudson Valley Duck Confit Salad!
This place is one of my favorites. Ordered a variety of dishes here — all top notch! Buttermilk Fried Chkn Cobb, short ribs, salami sandwich, turkey sandwich... All ace!
Really delicious food but slow service. If you're up for a very leisurely dinner, you're fine. I had the Molasses Double Cut Pork Chop, onion rings, brussel sprouts, bacon. Delish.
Literary critic & proto-Beat intellectual Anatole Broyard operated a used bookstore out of this space in the late 40s. Read about it in his slim, sexually frank memoir 'Kafka Was The Rage'.
