If you don't mind waiting for the elevator for minutes. It's best the stay on the lower levels. I have to wait for 3-5 minutes to get into the elevator.
Location was awesome but that is about it. I didn't have any view on 29th floor and rooms are small, it took me 10 minutes for the elevator to come and I didn't finish my breakfast.
One block from Time Square and not the high price of a cityhotel. Hotel is only 2yrs old so everything is new. Park on 40th street garage. Only $30. $55 valet and the $45 garage across hotel is $45
Apparently you need a degree to work the A/C Unit....it will randomly turn on even if the control says off.. This hotel and all its amenities are great!!!
Decent hotel for the money, lifts can take a while, breakfast not great and you need a degree in air conditioning units to operate the damn thing, but it's clean and modern, also not in a bad location
They have the WORST elevators I have ever seen!! One has been closed for 4 days now for the staff to use it. Not good for 36 floors. We constantly had to wait 15-20 minutes for one!
I hate this hotel - my room key de-magnetized each rime I return to my room. An there is a line of ppl like me with the same problem at reception desk. Will never visit this hotel again.
