Comfortable bed, old but nice. The staff was great. Got it for a great deal. Right on St Charles line.

Come stay with Lydia. Her hotel is the bomb. Continental breakfast in the morning, deck with water fountain, secured hotel with trustworthy staff. Tell them Kathy from Memphis sent you.

We checked in after hours and had a really hard time finding Room 45. Turns out it's actually next door and has its own front porch!

Be sure to clarify you're staying at The Avenue Garden and not The Avenue Plaza when giving your location. The places are very close together.

Your the mayor, won't be back there till 2-3 yrs . Had a blast , waiting to go back. Enjoy!
