They cook in mustard oil it seems which adds a particular taste which needs to be cultivated..its nepali not indian..the momos were super...the choila is room temp but very delightful on the tongue..
Lunch A la carte:Choila was an interesting mix of flavors, and yes its served cold. The Amritsari Fish was lacking salt, the goat curry was overdone and bad. Service was bad!
