- Great staff, great rooms, great hotel! Drinks at the bar are pricy but the free nuts/nibbles are nice! TIP: It's not made clear, but Wi-Fi is FREE in the lobby. So avoid paying to use it in your room!
- Kari OsborneDecember 22, 2015Rooms are not small, very clean, and have great views! Staff is very friendly, and hotel is convenient to everything. Breakfast is very good, but if you aren't a gold member, 2 people will cost $52.
- TylerOctober 15, 2012Had a great time and this hotel is a great location. Super friendly front desk staff catered to us! Just wish we could've stayed longer, views from our room were amazing.Upvoted 7 hours ago
- Ashley 🌵August 26, 2014Loved everything... BUT (and yes, a big but) the room would cut off the ac when we would leave for long periods of time... So after walking around all day we would come back to a warm room! Not kewl!
- John ANovember 20, 2014Large rooms for nyc, renovated, with a nice bar area on the lobby floor. Easy access onto both 42nd and 41st streets.
- Ashley 🌵August 26, 2014The smell as you walk into the hotel from outside is one of the best! (And maybe the smell you're coming from plays it part) but definitely makes you feel good... Someone find out the smell!
- Steven IJune 19, 2016If you are having breakfast at the buffet, simply adding your toast and pressing the lever down won't do a thing. You must turn the dial to start the toasting.
- National Car RentalOctober 2, 2012Location is everything, especially in NYC. With over 40 stories in Midtown, all above the 15th floor, you'll be able to see most of the city from the comforts of your room.
- Tammy HornekNovember 5, 2013This is the PERFECT location if you are driving to the city!! Easy in and easy out because it's so close to the Lincoln Tunnel!
- Rick ClemoJanuary 2, 2012Awesome location. BIG rooms for NYC (we did get a free upgrade). Room 3522 has a view of the statue of liberty and the empire state bldg. clean and nice. Major bargain at $159. Would have paid $229
- Sherwin JSeptember 5, 2014Lobby is modern and a great place to take meeting. Includes WiFi and outlets. Food and drinks available on request.
- Lizzie HatfieldMarch 11, 2016Drinks are pricey, but a nice place to escape to above the hustle and bustle of Times Square. Friendly staff too.
- Woody WommackFebruary 6, 2017My room was on the 35th floor and was amazingly quiet. The breakfast was average but the sleep is the most important thing.
- Steve JohnsonSeptember 30, 2010Great variety of food in the area. Two solid pizza places across 42nd, Pax Wholesome Foods has the best. Heartland Brewery has good food at a reasonable price. Many others to choose from.
- Great service and strategic location. Pretty much everyone there is amazingly friendly, and I didn't mind the extra charges.
- Nice hotel. The ac is weird but adequate. Book direct and don't pay for premium Wi-Fi. Not a bad deal sometimes
- Hilton New York Times SquareOctober 21, 2013The 41 St. entrance is our pick up/drop off location. It's also a good way to avoid the crowds on 42nd Street.
- Kristy BairdAugust 24, 2014I'm not a fan of staying in Times Square but the rooms here are nice and big. Use the 41st entrance to avoid the crowds.
- Rooms are very large & nice compared to most others in the city. Hospitality is impeccable. Drinks at the bar in the lobby is pretty expensive. For some reason, my Verizon 3G works slower in the room.
- Kathryn YuAugust 16, 2011The Hilton Times Square features art from Tom Otterness. Look for one of the boy (who appears to be possibly homeless) and his dog tucked away in a corner.
- John AntonyDecember 5, 2011The best place to stay in the city .... Amazing service.. Would recommend this to everyone ... Have a pleasant stay...
- At the moment it is impossible to get in the building from the 42nd street side so be sure to have your caddy drop you off on 41st. Quite a bit of construction in the area.
- MAMMA MIA!January 21, 2012Since you're so close to the Winter Garden Theatre (50th & Broadway), catch a performance of MAMMA MIA, now 11 years on Broadway. For best availability, try a 2pm Saturday or Sunday matinee.
- Katalin Bártfai-WalcottJune 15, 2012Craig is the best doorman in the world. He always has a huge smile for the patrons and takes good care of tired travelers. :-)
- Eka ObaigbenaOctober 22, 2010Room service closes at 10:30pm so no midnight feasting, but they'll give you the number to a 24-hr place. Gym is open 24hrs w rm key and is usually empty at night and fairly busy early morning.
- Pablo MunguiaMarch 27, 2011If you are staying on a reward stay buy something from the mini bar or the pantry and you'll get credit as a stay for hilton honors.
- Rowena Kam BergmanSeptember 18, 2014Healthy living. Worked out 12 hours ago and now 45min early to the measurement conference!
- Leslie DriskillFebruary 18, 2023Check in was a bit of a cluster- broken card machine, only 3 employees, no priority check in. Staff were trying their best and upgraded our room.
- Jim LarrisonJuly 23, 2010Pretty good breakfast buffet, and you can get a coupon from the front desk if you ask many times. Good place to meet folks in the lobby, it is nice.
- Michael KitcesSeptember 16, 2013Valet is on 41st (between 7th and 8th), NOT on 42nd street despite the street address.
- Rick PaceOctober 2, 2011The staff here treat you like gold... Or diamond if you have that HH status. Im a Diamond HH and I recommend the stay.
- HiltonTimesSquareFebruary 10, 2012Hilton Honors Diamond members are eligible for free internet, breakfast, 1000 points and an upgrade.
- KamOctober 2, 2013Positives: great gym area, friendly staff, close to major subway lines/connections, spacious rooms Negatives: Awful and overpriced buffet and rude restaurant waiters
- Consider the help of the knowledgeable concierge for any dinner/club recommendations.
- The room was not very clean when we checked in. Stain on table & bathroom counter, blanket in closet stunk, Pillows are horrible. There is no bathtub non slip mat. We requested but they were out. Meh!
