Best hotel in NYC in my opinion. Great rates and amazing rooms and staff. Not too mention awesome roof top bar! This is the One of my top 3 places I stay in NYC.

Great hotel! Very modern/sleek feel. Walking dist to Penn Station. Close to everything. Ask for a room facing north on a high floor for great views of Empire State Building.

Stayed for 1 week at a Queen bedroom. The hotel is newly renovated, clean and close to everything. Free internet at the lobby. Earplugs on bedside.

Nice hotel in a great spot. If you want a refrigerator in your room request it and they'll bring one up.

If you need Wifi: go to the Lobby and enter the free access. After you accepted terms and conditions for the free wifi it should work in your room. After 24hours do the same thing at the lobby again )

Very reasonable rates and very good location. Rooms are small and roof top is worth the visit.

One of the best bargain boutique hotels in NYC. Last night, I paid $88 + tax (AAA rate). Whoever said that this hotel is expensive is simply wrong. It's always cheaper than comparable NYC hotels.

Nice rooms. Comfy beds. Great location. Great service and they have a business room for printing. They let us check in SUPER early. Highly recommend!!

Decent place to stay in NYC. Rooms are small but bed is comfy, bathrooms are well-maintained. Narrow halls, oldish carpeting. Great location!

Don’t get fooled with the rooftop bar. They often rent it out for private events which means *no access for hotel guests* on those days! This happened 3/5 nights during my stay, super disappointed.

The rooftop bar is a little cheesy, but it has a nice view. Worth standing in line behind the velvet rope to take the trip up.

Almost no Hhonors Diamond recognition. No upgrade, no lounge, only continental breakfast, upgrade to buffet is $7.00. Very small room but clean.

Go to the roof bar, Rare View, and ask the cute Asian bartender, Zao for a Mojito. Best in the city by far. Mention my name for a locals discount!

Unorganized check in on a Saturday. Finally got our room and waited over 25 minutes for 3 out of our 4 pieces PF luggage. Otherwise very nice rooms and great rooftop bar:-).

Be prepared for a room with out temperature control. It's either cold enough to hang sides of beef or hot enough to sweat like you're in the sauna.

Don't leave your things with the front desk. A friend had a card stolen from his bag and used immediately at the store right near by. The front desk was not v accommodating after, either.

Service is good but pack light, closets are tiny...about 18 inches wide! They do make efficient use of space though.

Decent hotel. Log into the free wi-fi in the lobby, it will then work in your room for 24 hours.

Ask for a full size ironing board ahead of time if you need one. The ones in the room are about 30 inches long with 3 inch legs - horrible!
