Matthias D.July 31, 2013This has been the worst hotel I have been in in years. No service whatsoever and nothing clean anywhere,not in the rooms, pool or bar/restaurant area. Bedsheets too small. Pool/jacuzzi disgusting.
I disagree. There is a strong sense of customer appreciation and service here.

Customer service is horrible here. You get attitude or incompetence.
