I have been here 20 minutes and I'm blown away with how accommodating the staff is! Wow, they are fantastic! Checkout the restaurant, lobster mac n cheese is to die for. Sometimes they run discounts for dining in.

Szabolcs 'csapos' PerlakiSeptember 28, 2015Well located, a few minutes from the White House, a bit more to the Mall, restaurants are a little farther away up 14th steet or Chinatown. Room and bed were fine and well equiped.
My fav hotel. Been all over the world, but never had service like they've given me. The whole staff knows and loves my 4 kids and wife. I could go elsewhere, but their amazing service keeps me here!

I've been staying here frequently for 10 years. Consistently the best hotel staff in DC and super convenient location!- Blankets BootiesAugust 5, 2013Pool is in the basement and is rather small. A handicap lift into the water is available, but I doubt it is ever used. Beware, it gets crowded (and noisy) with any more than 3 kids.
