They've made a lot of improvements to the general areas as well as the rooms, even having a floor comprised of suites only. Check out this spot if you're staying downtown!

I was dissatisfied with the French onion soup and they have me a hand written note with a gift certificate for another meal!

Erin💐August 25, 2013People at the service desk are more than kind. The bed in our room was horrible. a Sleep Number but maybe broken? Never changed. Horrible sleep. And change the air filters!! I will not stay again.

If you like toilets that don't flush, room service buttons that do nothing & cold-tepid showers, this is the hotel for you. I've stayed many times and each is just OK but this one really disappointed.
