- Jenya SAugust 23, 2016Good hotel close to ChinaTown. Very big rooms, access to exec lounge with free snacks, tea/coffee and breakfast if you have diamond status. Staff is great.
- Randy RandelMarch 1, 2016A top notch Holton. They have a Chinese cultural center built into the building and a cool bridge from the second floor into a park. Restaurant was also very good. I had a great martini there.
- RandyFebruary 18, 2014An amazing hotel with courteous staff that's accompanied by incredible views of the city. Diamond Member? Don't miss out on the Executive Lounge on the 26th floor.
- Ken HallDecember 24, 2018Super friendly staff made our stay extra special. Try to get a bay view if you can, it’s a great way to start your day.

- Hilton Hotels & ResortsMay 9, 2012Wake up your weekends with a Champagne and Jazz Sunday Brunch in 750 Restaurant & Bar, featuring some of the Bay Area’s top live jazz musicians. Enjoy free flowing champagne and a savory brunch menu
- They call it the financial district, but those that have been here know it's right in the heart of chinatown. It also used to be a holiday inn. It's not bad, but it's not amazing either though.
- jansen cMay 11, 2019Super close to china town, awesome view from the room. Parking is very expensive though..
- Great view but the windows are really dirty! Wifi is $10 a day, breakfast is not free, and be sure to park in the garage across the street for $27 a night instead of $50 at the Hilton garage.
- Dave YetiAugust 24, 20135 minute walk north and east will put you at Cafe Macaroni, most amazing Italian restaurant I've ever eaten at. Eat whatever the special is. And also get a margherita pizza!
- Whitney R.November 12, 2012This is a great business hotel, but warning for families as the rooms can be a bit small. Great views of downtown and surrounded by delicious Chinese food places.
- Hilton Hotels & ResortsMay 9, 2012The $17.95 lunch buffet at 750 Restaurant & Bar is an economic and healthy option for hotel guests & neighbors. Lunch served Mon.- Fri. 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Avail. for corporate parties & meetings.
- Use the hotel’s mobile app for digital key access. Super cool! Other than that the rooms are pretty basic.
- Casey StutzmanAugust 17, 2011Great service and friendly staff. If you are a Hilton Honnors Gold member you get free contintential breakfast (very good) and can upgrade to the buffett (awesome) for only $10
- Krista SAugust 19, 2014Nice hotel in the heart of Chinatown! You got all the boba, pho, and dim sum places within walking distance. 🙌
- Marc CoronelJune 15, 2013Courteous staff and great customer service!! Been coming here for three years best place in the Bay
- Marc CoronelMay 5, 2013Great staff excellent attentiveness. Views from the 27th floor are marvelous. And their infused water in the lobby is addictive!
- Eileen LundellDecember 10, 2012Looking to do yoga? Funky Door Yoga on Polk St....decent walk from hotel via Union Sq (left out of hotel) - but oh so worth it!
- Toné MOctober 28, 2018Overall not bad hotel. Room size r typical of SF area. However, front desk check in/out process (staff) is atrocious. Staff members slow, stand wait no acknowledgement by staff. Just too many issues.
- Rene T.May 23, 2022Our room was getting on in years but absolutely clean. The building is so noisy that even on the 22nd floor you can clearly hear the traffic.
- La Mar is an excellent Peruvian Restaurant - Ceviche is amazing and it is a nice walk in the summer
- Kim F.October 12, 2013Staff is awesome! Housekeeping gave us some kind of Chinese oil to help w our headache. Ha!
- Rob KnaptonApril 11, 2014Don't spend any time in your room. Enjoy the city. The experience will change your life...
- wyn lokMay 13, 2014The Portsmouth garage across the street has a much lower rate for 24 hour parking.
- AllisonAugust 25, 2012Hotel cars to SFO are $55, metered cabs to/from (with limited traffic) were ~$45. just fyi :)
- The windows were finally double-paned, so you don't need to sleep with ear plugs anymore.
- Tari HMarch 5, 2012Street noise can be heard all night - even from the 22nd floor. Bring earplugs to get good sleep.
- Incredibly slow elevators. Budget an extra 5-10 min just to get in/out of your damn room.
- Mukund BalasubramanianFebruary 19, 2011View from bay side floors is good. Ruined by construction right now. However even as a diamond honors member, I felt the service was shoddy and penny pinching. Unlike other Hiltons I am used to.
- Casey StutzmanOctober 23, 2011Wonderful staff, service, food & a beautiful brand new executive lounge
- Kip WalkMay 17, 2011For a great sports talk see Howie in the lobby bar. The man has a wealth of knowledge.
- The customer service at this hotel is about the best you will EVER experience.
- Please don't make the same mistake I did by calling room service and asking if the $22.00 breakfast was actually listed in a foreign currency. As it turns out, it really is that expensive.
