Excellent hotel and staff. The room is so big and view were great. Sure to be visited again because price is excellent and location is near by Dubai Mall .

U can enjoy pretty good afternoon tea with snacks at member lounge. Please try it, I love it.
Upvoted Jan 3- You can enjoy nice river view but it is too far to reach nearest MRT station...take a walk around 10 mins.

Franziska ManickeJanuary 12, 2019Hotel is nice but the Service and cleanliness could have been better. Great view to Burj Khalifa, close to the Dubai mall (by taxi 10 min), specious double room. The gym is also well equipped.

They have an army of a thousand staff milling around the lobby. They look busy but are actually doing very little except for being in the way. Very strange.
