Great staff & superior service. I stayed just 2 nights and I was greeted by name by the bellhop and the restaurant/bar staff. Highly reccomemd!

The suite on 29th floor is nice great view. 3rd year staying here for a meeting the staff is outstanding!

$100 per night incidental hold. Elevator requires key to use. Double beds are true doubles...very small.

great location if you are interested in shopping - right off the magnificent mile. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Decent hotel next to J H Observatory. If you are overcharged for parking, tell the front desk to shove the bill up their ass and they will be happy to oblige.

nice big suites and sometimes you can get good deals :-) - gym / pool on the top floor is kind of outdated

Rooms are nice but cold. Last night it had snowed in the middle of april and i almost froze to death in my room. Other than that: good location for shopping and staff is nice!

Got in late last night, housekeeping knocked 3 times before 9am AND called to see if we're in here. NOT HAPPY.

Nice place to stay if you want to be nickel and dimed. They don't even have a laundry service and the front desk didn't even know a place to get my laundry done. At 400 bucks a night, look elsewhere.
