- Karissa SparlingJune 18, 2013This is an ok hotel. Book on higher floors with a view. Note that wifi is quite intermittent. Amazing veggie burger at lobby level restaurant. Decor could use updating, beds are decent!Upvoted Sep 1
- Jordan Valimont-BoboMarch 5, 2013Comfortable beds, clean facility, awesome gym... BUT! Save your stomach and pay the extra money to valet park! The parking garage and elevators smell horrendous!!!
- HalieJune 30, 2012Very nice and friendly service but the Internet situation is sooooo frustrating. Log in as hhonors member and it only works when it feels like it. Nice work out facility.
- Loved the experience and views. There was a ball going on and people were everywhere. Will stay here again in the near future.
- Hotel is pet friendly. Max weight 75 pounds. Non-refundable pet fee: $75. More details at link. Read more
- Jonny McCormickSeptember 1, 2016TV stations jump about and lose sound regularly. Walls are paper thin (so I had the pleasure of listening to the person next door cough all night). Not a great Hilton experience.
- Kelley FAugust 1, 2012bed and pillows are FANTASTIC. Bartender at Southern Elements is fhorrible.... Definitely visit Trader Vics! Fantastic scorpion bowl drink and chicken curry with friends at work tonight!!!
- AIDS.govJanuary 24, 2013We're here at Creating Change 2013! Stop by on Friday 01/25/13 from 12:30-1:30 at the social media lounge to talk about new media and communities of color!
- Michael BrownSeptember 12, 2016The rooms are nice. The location is great. The restaurant is really good.
- Mat CollisJune 29, 2015Massive building and cool views. Lots of choices of restaurants etc in the Lobby
- Big hotel with lots of rooms and many amenities. Nice downtown location too. But don't have anything shipped here. They will charge you for receiving your package.
- Nicholas SelmanJuly 24, 2014Open design and walls + doors are paper thin. Ask for a room at the end of a hallway or you'll hear everything all night.
- Amber SpainAugust 6, 2012BEAUTIFUL hotel with breathtaking views from the 27th floor! Love this place! Awesome staff, too!
- Sabrina CannaleyFebruary 19, 2012We have complained about the smoking in non smoking rooms and the hotel could only offer air fresher. What about people who can't breath people should be nicer to others around them
- Ask_DemetriceOctober 11, 2013There's free valet for Kinkos located inside. Valet will not volunteer this information. Happy Parking!!!!
- Shelly ClassDecember 27, 2014If you're not staying long... ask one of the valet guys and give him $10 or so and he'll keep your car our front for 30 min to an hour..... instead of paying $25.00
- News 95-5 and AM 750 WSBJuly 12, 2013This is where the Atlanta Brewing and Ice Co. once operated . The hotel was built in 1955.
- The executive level bathroom is so small you can use the can and take a shower at the same time. Yay - efficiency!!!
- G SQUEEZYMarch 5, 2011log onto the wifi network in the lobby for free, and ride up the elevator while it's still connected and you don't have to pay—good luck getting an elevator though

- Paul ChambersMarch 31, 2012Great views of Interstates 75 & 85 from room, plus lots of freeway noise even on the 16th floor. Room needs refurbishing.
- Rachel FalgoutDecember 10, 2014Trader Vic's is located in the hotel which causes the entire hotel to smell like smoked BBQ. I can barely breathe. No wonder the hotel was so cheap. Well you get what you pay for.
- Was told by HHonors check in desk that the REAL breakfast (not joke executive toast bar) lasted til 11am. Went today at 1020 & was told they guess they'd leave it open til 1030 for us - oh how kind
- Lisa DavisDecember 12, 2012Tip Daryl at the front desk. He will hook you up if you're a business traveler.
- Charlotte 227February 9, 2012$12 taxi fare for any 3-4 block radius...walk, get some exercise, take in sights!
- Asked if the hotel has a car to take us somewhere they said they can hail a cab. The ritz Carlton up the street took us anywhere we wanted in an escalade when we stayed executive level.
- Angie ElliottMay 19, 2011Make sure to use your HHonors #. The front desk staff is really nice here. Can't wait to try my truffle!
- Conrad DoucetteOctober 31, 2011The pre-made sandwiches in the lobby deli/takeout place are not bad. And it's open until 2AM.
- Always a great time at the Hilton! Richard is awesome.
- Took forever to check in - told us executive level got breakfast daily but you really get toast - called concierge to get rental car, they said can't help with that - executive bar has no comp. drinks
- The Social BarJuly 9, 2011Our room's bathroom flooded and they accommodated us well!!!!! Nice employees, very nice!!!
- Internet spotty at best. Plates for food in the executive lounge WAY too small. Nice being able to walk to my client via Skybridges.
