Been to Houston's in LC, Denver and Houston Texas plus here in NYC. Ribs are the best! Spinach dip is fantastic!

Spacious and comfortable, great place to meet after work for drinks. The French Dip is worth trying.

Drinks are good. Nice bartenders. Burger is always good, I always forget to say no mustard but it's not over powering.

The California Grilled Artichoke is amazing here. The best item on the menu. The veggie burger and ribs are also awesome.

Fun Fact: the owner independently owns 63 restaurants. Houston's became Hillstone to avoid the new law that requires a franchise to post calories on the menu!!

The steak was incredible, however it was a pity the didn't have any nice sources to go with it.
