Very nice hotel! Updated, maid staff are excellent, bar and cafe are excellent. Very close to the metro and museums would stat again.
Andrew HogueAugust 19, 2013If your room is in the back half of the hotel, be sure to use the secret elevator over by Capital Bistro. Cuts a lot of time off of your walk.

Take an early train to DC and get of at LEnfant Plaza. Good taxi stand at Holiday Inn on 6th st. Can save time over Union Station

You have to check out the bar here....ask for Yousef - one of the best bartenders in DC!
Good place to stay on Capitol Hill and with a short way to Ground transportation.

Asked for shaving cream and shavers which arrived in less than five minutes!

Doesn't work: Ice machine on 7th floor, change machine in laundry room. WiFi is slow.
