Great Times Square location. Cozy rooms. Could use some luggage racks. Building next door has Jazz bar and rooftop bar - St Cloud.

The service was terrible! The complimentary wi-fi was so bad I wanted to shoot myself; the room service wasn't working at all. Housekeepers started walking around screaming at 8 am! 😡
Ruben Sanchez JrApril 6, 2015Location is great for tourists, but the Breakfast buffet sucks....and they charge you 20% service charge on every bill, so WRONG!
This hotel is dated. It needs a renovation. The line to their elevator takes 30 minutes every day whether you’re going up or down.
Not the best service, loud rooms, do have pack n plays for infants, less than spacious rooms.
