The hotel has several bus stops nearby, one almost outside, the others just over the road, so you can quickly and easily get to Hitchin or Luton. No footpath to them though, walk through flower bed!

Good service asked if there was a sauna,no.or a pool,no.but they immediately offered me an other room with a bath.thats nice....

The hotel's internet connection was upgraded at the end of August, and the wifi's now working pretty quickly - previous problems have gone!

Pros and cons. It's a good quality business hotel but it doesn't live up to the Hilton usual quality. Shame.

No dry cleaning over the weekend. But rooms are always clean, check-in and out is always prompt. In room fridge and a microwave room on the 1st floor

It is a nice new hotel but has the slowest WiFi that I have used for ages. My advice is don't pay for the network as it is too slow to use.

I REALLY wouldn't bother with the breakfast if you don't want to have to wait 10 minutes for them to bring you a plate...or a clean glass for the juice...or the juice...or ANYTHING! very poor service
