Hertz canceled my reservation 30 minutes before the reserved time by email. By that time, I had already showed up with no cars available. Staff shrugged and did nothing. Worst service in the country.

Been here 10+ times
This is the slowest Hertz location in the country. The employees have no concept of good customer service. Always understaffed. The troll who retrieves the cars is especially unfriendly.

WORST Hertz location in the city! The people who work here are rude, arrogant and completely inept. Go to a different location or use another rental company in the neighborhood.
