If you’re refilling gas ⛽️ before a 🚘 return, there’s a BP at Middlebelt Road & Wick, but it’s usually +20% more expensive than the Marathon station less than a mile north on Middlebelt & Ecorse.

Take note! There are two different bus routes for the two terminals (McNamara and North) — check your airline to make sure you're on the right shuttle

All the rental cars are kinda far from the airport so be sure to calculate in some time for the shuttle to take you back to the airport if you are trying to catch a flight

Considering it was a busy holiday weekend the staff I came across was all very friendly and they were efficient coming and going. I'd rent Hertz again!!

Here's a tip.. You got here on a bus full of people, be the first one off the bus and you can be first in line. Unless you're a gold member be prepared for a line (at least thats what I hear)

Service was quick and I was on my way! Highly recommend becoming a gold member!

Adding a positive note. I have gold status so no waiting experience . . But I think this particular location has some of the most congenial, service oriented staff I've met in my travels.

Wait for a manager to assign me a car? There's a whole lot full. That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Great job hertz, you have video chat reservations but I can't just get into my car.

Careful, they'll stick u with satellite radio @ $13.99/day and not tell u of the additional charge. Avoid the telephone call in assistance - speak to a person at the desk

The Gold Service folks are exceptional!

By far one of the most difficult locations I deal with on a national level.

Most courteous staff I've seen at any Hertz operation out there. Loved the professional, positive attitude.

If the self serve checkin is working your experience can be great. It worked for me, and therefore no complaints.

Hertz Gold #1 Club means never having to deal with the employees. It's more than worth it.

Surprised to see so many negative tips. I rent here twice a week and have had no issues.

Gold service will make everything better. Arrive via shuttle, car is waiting, leave. Don't even have to go to the desk!

Fill up your tank before you return your ride... $9.69/gallon if you don't.

Brand new car had grease on the drivers seat. Didn't see it and ruined my pants.

Be careful they don't rip you off on the refueling option.

It's quicker to use a video kiosk than a person. Stellar. Way to go hertz. #fail

Self-service stations are still out of order and someone is complaining at the counter.

Pay more at enterprise. Unless you want to wait forever for your car.

Reading tips not much has changed in 20 months. Six people in line, two clerks working with same customer, self service doesn't work

Will never return - car I had needed a front-end adjustment and alignment! Left me without a car and no options. VERY disappointed.

Terrible customer service. No one was helpful. Just an all around awful experience onsite and with 1-800 customer service number.

They don't honor the "special" that appears when you check in here... bummer.

Here is a tip - avoid Hertz if you can. If you are readig this you are probably in a long line because of poor counter service. One person for 6 customers and self-serve stations are out of order.
