- Jenifer AntonacciOctober 21, 2012If you have a child carseat as part of your rental they can drive you to the departure area in your rental car so it's a little easier. Very nice! Best Hertz location we have visited.

- Christopher HallJune 17, 2021Beware of bait and switch. Was offered an upgrade for only 35/day. Got final bill and found out that the "upgrade" increased my daily rental rate, plus charged me the 35/day. Bill almost doubled.

- Gold choice? Do you see a car available in Gold Choice? Worst Hertz in America!
- Bring your own mechanic to check the car before leaving or they will charge you for their crappy rental issues!
- What a joke. Get in at 4:45 AM and 5 people in line with one man working. No one to check you in at your car. 30 minutes to return a car!
- No plate pass 5 weeks in a row... have to keep going back to the counter for help...kinda makes gold status useless at this location!

- Do not use them if not Gold. Having to wait 45 min despite reservation!
