Eggs Benedict and home fries were perfect; nice and spicy (and strong) Bloody Mary's, too. All of my friends loved their dishes--the egg sandwich with avocado looked especially good.

Food isn't noteworthy but what else is new on the Hill. Although it's now a restaurant, the happy hour crowd dominated the dining area--super loud, 7 people crammed around a 4-top,etc. Nice renovation
The name refers to general positions on U.S. national security policy. TVs are tuned to CNN. Regardless, this is a good bar, with cheaper drinks than you'll get elsewhere in the neighborhood.
Very underwhelming. Margarita was made with a mix,chips and French onion dip was bland and flavorless. It's a bad sign when the best thing I had was the water.
