Same wonderful restaurant in downtown Cincinnati...new location-based! Located in the same building with street access (5th Street) as well as access inside the Carew Tower Building

Horrible. Unacceptable behavior by employees. The manager refused to give a discount for food that was late and incorrect. He then yelled and SWORE at us when we suggested that we should be comped.
