If you see cuts of meat that may make you pause, you're not alone. The meats are farm fed and organic. Toungue and whatever else you fancy is cut to order. Gotta love those uniforms. So Brooklyn!

Unlike any other butcher counter I've seen. Everything is beautiful, staff is helpful and unpretentious, and prices are fair.
