- The Hard Rock is located right in the heart of Palm Springs! Literally right across the street from a wide array of restaurants, nightlife, shopping, theaters and museums. Perfect location !
- A perfectly placed oasis in downtown Palm Springs. Great rooms with excellent staff and friendly faces all around. Ask for Harold at the bar... He and his smiling face will not let you down!

- Maria MolodykaJuly 5, 2014Everyth very dated, no barmen at the packed by customers bar in a main floor for semifinal FIFA, the bar stage is dirty and sticky from last night, small packed pool, we expected so much more from HR

- Harriet SmithNovember 4, 2013Great decor. A block from downtown. Only open a month but still a number of kinks to be worked out.
- DHR.comAugust 23, 2012The rooms here are spacious, and the hotel's location is close to major attractions which makes it an excellent choice.
- Love the decor. It's all about texture. Small-ish pool area, so arrive early to get a lounge chair.
- Scott AbelApril 1, 2010This hotel is much more than a place to catch a few Zs. The lobby doubles as a venue. One night it's movie night, the next a concert hall, and the next a fashion show. You never know what to expect. Read more
- Keri PlummerDecember 7, 201312:33am and house music is blasting outside my room on the patio...should I start dancing or be mad I can't fall asleep???
- Mayil DharmarajanNovember 27, 2014With the ridiculous rent, only coffee in room and no tea(need to pay for tea). Employees are good and helpful.
- Great room, pool, and bar.... Plus so close to all the shops! Love it
- Scott NoonNovember 4, 2012Beware of undisclosed resort fees when booking. There's a $15 per day resort fee plus a $1.25 per day utility fee.
- C PNovember 2, 2015The experience with the floor staff was terrible. We found particles of glass or plastic on the floor, the sheets felt dirty, and the guy that delivered extra towels tossed them with a line of disdain
- The temperature control on the rooms is complicated and when you finally get it to an acceptable temp reading, the room still feels warm and humid :-/
- Harriet SmithFebruary 25, 2014Staff not extremely helpful when we were there in Nov. Some nice memorabilia.
- Maria MolodykaJuly 5, 2014Total dissapointment! Hotel is 9 months old but TV's are 10 years old, concierge is not picking up the phone, VP don't know what they doing, line of 10 people and no one able to managed the situation
- Julian RJune 11, 2013I stayed at Z in Dec was not impressed with the hotel at all Staff was sparse Front desk and bell department- poorly run..Paint is chipped, lots of worn handles and knobs Plumbing was noisy late in
- Elizabeth RaAugust 19, 2012Rooms are warm and humid regardless of AC temp. Pool is small with grime and mold. Only good thing is location.
- Morten NielsenMarch 30, 2012This place's Internet is completely useless, yet they require you to pay a resort fee for it. The front desk staff was incredible rude too.
- Jenelle DronkersApril 6, 2010Pool service is really disorganized! Lack of towels, bar menus. Seems understaffed--not their fault.
