Kevin van DunAugust 10, 2014Great hotel with very nice spacious rooms. Unfortunately at the check-in desk there was a line, so that took a long time. The pool is legendary and definitely worth a visit. Only paid wifi :(.

Sie FerryMarch 26, 2014Don't wait there for check in and doing nothing, Just told them to prepare your room at 4 pm, so that you just need to take the key at that time. And while waiting, go seeing sea aquarium. Great pool.

Nice and cosy room. HDMI LCD TV with free telecast of EPL & other channels. Also come with IPOD/IPHONE mini compo set. Cool stuff !!!

Yet again the check in experience is atrocious - how is it that every other hotel can make it a painless 5 mins experience yet here it is a lifetime odyssey ???

George PelekanakisSeptember 19, 2014The rooms are nice but the charge for wi-fi is outrageous (32,4SGD/24h). The breakfast one of the worse I have seen ever, they don't have cheese or ham. If I had a choice I would never come back!
To much kids and laudly bar with under age running around beca use is the lobby also
