Mitchell SJanuary 7, 2014I Hired Echo limousine 773-774-1074 to get to Hard Rock hotel and back to airport. The driver met us at baggage claim holding a sign (Used an alias, just like a rock star!). Thumbs up for concierge!

I love this hotel but the windows are covered in spiders. They said all high rises in Chicago are... Is that true? Not good if u have arachnophobia!!!!

Excellent service here. The concierge is amazing. Housekeeping is great. Front desk.. So hospitable. Should be rated higher. Superb.

Service is phenom! Front desk, concierge, housekeeping. All awesome.

John ThomasSeptember 20, 2017The rooms and vibe is nice but Internet is horribly slow and they are short on routers. Tap in the shower is broken and breakfast isn't very good. Great location though.
I am tall and love that the shower head sits high so I don't have to duck my head when showering.
